Kerja Kosong Assistant Sales Marketing Administration Support in Sandakan
Description :
- Execute and support daily sales operations of key account profile
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders on daily operations task
- Prepare report on a weekly & monthly basis to the sales, management & warehouse team
- Support Sales Representative in submitting monthly claim
- Responsible in preparing CN & DN
- Handle order processing
- Able to handle ad-hoc tasks from time to time
- Daily reports preparation
- Raise SIRA Form - WM PO, Staff Shop, Sample and Write-Off
- Prepare SIRA for EM indent and issue STO (Sea Freight) - including permit applications
- Arranging for EM airfreight - both selling stock and premium - including permit applications
Job Requirements :
- Min 1 year working experience in FMCG or related field is preferred
- Fresh graduate that has interest in sales operation admin is welcome to apply
- Good written & verbal communication skill in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate in Microsoft applications - Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup), Word, PPT
- Must be a meticulous and detail oriented person
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Contract role for 3 to 6 months
