- Participating in rotational training programs that expose trainees to different departments and functions within the organization (e.g., marketing, finance, operations, human resources).
- Working under the guidance of experienced managers and mentors who provide support and feedback.
- Assisting in or leading small projects to apply learning in real-world scenarios.
- Learning about and participating in the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Developing key leadership skills such as communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and team management.

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
