Job Description
- To oversee and manage the logistical aspects of transportation and guide arrangement.
- Assist in coordinating and supervising the activities of drivers and guides.
- Keep track of vehicle availability and ensure that there are enough vehicles to accommodate the transportation needs of tourists.
- Assist in managing the transportation fleet, which include buses, vans, or other vehicles used for transportation.
- Schedule vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure their safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, permits, and licensing requirements specific.
- Collaborate with the operations team, tour guides, and other stakeholders (if any) to ensure seamless coordination between transportation and the activities.
- Work collaboratively with the operations team, guides, and other departments involved in the operations to ensure seamless coordination between transportation
- Handle administrative tasks, including record-keeping, data entry, and report.
- Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation, promotion and termination activities
- Identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency and suggest solutions.
- Any work assigned by Management from time to time.
