Kerja Kosong Customer Service Assistant Based in Nilai in Nilai
Description :
Job Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders and co-ordinate operations to ensure that orders are delivered on time.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding order with customers.
- Manage customer's feedback , communicating them to relevant department /personnel and follow-up closely to ensure that agreed action are taken and deadlines are met.
- Liaise with planner to fulfill customers' needs.
- Responsible for inventory level of customers under their charge.
- Process purchase orders ensuring buying prices are correct.
- Work with the sales team to meet desired stocking levels, inventory turnover days, absolute stocks provision, and other management targets.
- Ensure all manual D/Os are updated into the system on the following day.
- Coordinate export shipment.
- Ensure proper billing for all completed deliveries within the targeted 2 days.
- Resolve any billing, documentation or sales credit problem speedily.
Job Requirements:
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding
- Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in related discipline
- Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
- Customer-service oriented and able to maintain good customer relationship
- Candidate must be willing to work in 12hrs shift.
