Description :
Job Responsibilities:
- Source, establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Take orders from existing and potential customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Request payment from customers in a timely manner and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Provide after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issue and concern.
- Maintain an Excel product price list and update it regularly with accurate pricing information.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
Job Requirements:
- Experiences in outdoor sales, preferably in frozen food industry.
- Able to communicate with Chinese, to liaise with mandarin speaking customers.
- Good knowledge in excel is added advantage.
Supplemental pay & Benefits:
- Commission, incentives, travel expenses claim, petrol card
