Job Descriptions
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- To handle the overall recruitment process which includes shortlisting, conducting background checks, arranging interviews and preparing employment documents.
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
2. Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances.
- Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement.
3. Performance Management:
- Develop and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
- Work with managers from different departments to identify and address performance issues.
- Implement strategies to improve employee performance and productivity.
4. Training and Development:
- Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and manage compensation plans, including salary structures, and bonus programs.
- Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular reviews of compensation and benefits to remain competitive in the market.
6. Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and standard of procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data privacy.
7. Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations on HR-related issues to support decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
8. Administration:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day administration process and tasks.
- Updated with Statutory Regulations, Labour Laws and Regulations.
- Ensure that overall HR and administration activities are carried out professionally, ethically and in a timely manner.
- Undertake tasks as directed by the Superior and/or Management as and when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skill and presentation skill.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, experience in mediation and resolving conflict.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
