Description :
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services and generate sales leads.
- Engage potential clients through effective communication, building relationships, and understanding their needs.
- Follow up on leads, answer questions, and provide detailed information about our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for advertising, websites,and other marketing materials.
- Manage and oversee the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Telemarketer or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content.
- Experience in content generation for marketing purposes.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
