Jawatan Kosong Project Admin Executive in Butterworth
Description :
Project Admin is responsible for assisting the Project Executive and taking lead on specific project activities & cost control.
Duties and responsibilities:
- To issue quotation and attend to customer enquiries/issue and work together with project executive.
- To prepare claim, follow up and proper documentation over the project.
- To assist in overall planning, implementation, and execution of projects to ensure successful completion of the projects within set timeline as well as in accordance with approved specification and quality deliverables.
- Responsible to all project’s correspondence and documentations
- All other duties and tasks assigned.
Requirement:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience with Diploma in Civil Engineering or related Engineering Discipline.
- AutoCAD drafting knowledge is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Able to meet tight deadline
- Able to work in a team as well as independently
- Working hour: 5½ days week (8.30am – 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am-2pm)
- Located in Jalan Bagan Lallang, Butterworth.
