Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:
Responsible for the overall advantaged recruitment and engagement strategy for both FMC and KCP brands, including orchestration across touchpoints to deliver brand penetration and CLV goals. Reports to Asia Marketing Director.
Define the consumer and customer journey, identify key moments that matter, and define program implementation roadmap across Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned and sales channels.
Lead strategy and future-fit operating model for paid media in Asia ABU, working with global demand generation team to set-up precision COE to deliver SEE and improved marketing ROI
Implement impactful content strategy to accelerate discovery, shorten the path from awareness to trial, and build long term engagement and loyalty.
Define and champion the role of CRM / 1PD within the professional and consumer business, including business case establishment and stakeholder education. Pilot high impact 1PD programs that help drive CLV or reduce cost per acquisition
Lead IFP Asia ecommerce strategy. Work with cluster ecommerce teams to identify key opportunity areas, right portfolio, strategic JBPs set-ups and best practice implementation
Define metrics that matter, data analysis and insights to support full funnel orchestration, optimisation and measurement towards business outcomes
Provide digital and CX thought-leadership to the Asia ABU Marketing org, via capability building initiatives and trend sharing, to elevate the execution quality of brand experiences in IFP Asia

Essential Requirements
Looking for a commercially-minded digital leader with highly developed strategic influencing skills
At least 10 years experience in digital/ecommerce either in client or agency side. B2C CPG digital experience mandatory. Some experience in B2B digital ideal but not mandatory.
At least 3 years in regional digital/ecommerce leadership roles with proven success in driving high impact initiatives across markets. Familiarity orchestrating digital experiences across the Asia digital ecosystem and touchpoint landscape.
Some commercial experience either in marketing or sales would be an advantage.
Excited by ambiguity. Comfortable with ‘set-up’ situations where the remit is to define the task at hand
