Description :

Responsibilities:

  • You will be to greet customers, answer their questions, take order and provide product information.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing and coordinating sales activities, including order processing, preparing sales proposals, and maintaining sales documentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns professionally and on time.
  • Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between sales representatives, customers, and internal departments.
  • Order Management: Process sales orders, track order status, and ensure timely delivery to customers. Coordinate with logistics and invoicing departments to provide accurate and efficient order fulfilment.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide regular updates to the sales team and management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • High school SPM, diploma or work experience similar.
  • Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales-related documentation and data.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent observation skills.
