We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Water Treatment individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing water treatment processes, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and providing technical support to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of water treatment systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support:

o Provide technical expertise and support to clients regarding water treatment solutions.
o Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to water treatment systems.
o Develop and implement improvement plans to enhance treatment efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Regulatory Compliance:

o Ensure that all waste water treatment processes comply with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
o Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory agencies.
o Stay updated with changes in environmental regulations and industry standards.

• Research and Development:

o Participate in research and development projects to innovate and improve water treatment technologies.
o Evaluate new technologies and methods to enhance water treatment processes.

• Client Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
o Conduct site visits and assessments to provide expert advice and recommendations.

• Business Development:

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the water treatment industry.
o Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects.
o Present and demonstrate our water treatment solutions to potential clients.
o Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
o Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
