Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Transform traditional education by leading engaging, innovative online classes (5–7 students) aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE syllabus.
  • Create personalized, memorable learning experiences that go beyond the classroom.
  • Develop tailored learning plans based on each student’s strengths and interests.
  • Collaborate with students, parents, and the Pasxcel team to ensure academic progress.
  • Take initiative in creating new educational content such as lesson videos or progress updates.
  • Work with other passionate educators to continuously improve student activities, projects, and teaching strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (physical or online secondary school).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field.
  • High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with IGCSE syllabus.
  • Able to teach ALL subjects stated in the title
  • Passion for teaching life skills, critical thinking, and other non-academic subjects.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
