Kerja Kosong Admin Assistant 3 Months Bintulu Sarawak in Bintulu

Description :

  • Responsible for logistic arrangement such as flight and accommodation bookings as per travel requisition requested by staff / crews.
  • Responsible to assist Bintulu warehouse team on the administrative matters and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Tracks and logs all inventory, ensuring there are no discrepancies or losses and proper monitoring of all the inventory.
  • Accepts deliveries of materials and store them accordingly
  • Orders and restocks new supplies
  • Packs and ships O&M materials and inspects all goods shipment to offshore being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts and missing items
  • Organizing items in the routine place according to the warehouse terms
  • Managing the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse on a day to day basis
  • Reports to Supply Base Manager and management to alert them of any arise issues
  • Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks through out the Company.
  • Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
