Description :

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Screen phone call, enquiries and request and handle them when appropriate
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  • Support and assist the CEO in all matters including secretarial duties, personal, administrative confidential matters
  • Manage general matter and provide assistance towards the co-ordination of overall office administration
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
  • Maintaining, scheduling and coordinating all meeting/appointments closely, taking dictation and minutes
  • Prepare correspondence on the directors’ behalf and read, monitor and respond emails
  • Coordinate events and speaking engagements
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters

REQUIREMENT

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
  • Active listening and good communication skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong time-management and organization skills
  • Have own transport

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
