JOB DESCRIPTION
- Screen phone call, enquiries and request and handle them when appropriate
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Support and assist the CEO in all matters including secretarial duties, personal, administrative confidential matters
- Manage general matter and provide assistance towards the co-ordination of overall office administration
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
- Maintaining, scheduling and coordinating all meeting/appointments closely, taking dictation and minutes
- Prepare correspondence on the directors’ behalf and read, monitor and respond emails
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
REQUIREMENT
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
- Active listening and good communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to multitask
- Strong time-management and organization skills
- Have own transport
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
