JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication / Public Relations / Journalism / Digital Marketing / Multimedia, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Experience in Graphic Design / Multimedia, video editing, social media management tools, and content management systems.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Canva, and etc.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 2 – 3 years of proven experience in PR, communication, or marketing.
  • Working experience in hospital environment is an added advantage.
  • Excellent. presentation skills, must be a team player, and must have a strong leadership personality.
  • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and execute comprehensive public relations and digital marketing strategies aligned with the hospital’s goals and objectives.
  • Managing all marketing campaign related to both digital marketing and on ground events.
  • To manage day-to-day coordination of social media and provide input on creative ways to execute campaign promotions/launches and other social initiatives – stories, posts and videos.
  • Oversee the hospital’s online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online advertising.
  • Copywriting for all social media and online post for promotion and events. Organize, execute and monitor communication campaigns (social media, on-ground, etc.), and marketing events.
  • Administer and manage communication channels (website, KPJ Buzz, social media page, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and etc.).
  • Design and layout of print ads and collaterals, digital assets (i.e., banners, website layouts, etc.) and other related design work as and when needed.
  • Liaise and organize with print vendors, agencies, and other external production resources for all marketing activities to make sure the materials are finalized as optimal output.
  • Responsible for photography and video shoot for both internal and external events.
  • Writing and editing content for press releases, bulletin, brochures, website, and other communication materials.
  • Collaborate with media on various levels and initiate ideas to preserve and promote company objectives
  • To coordinate and facilitate media/analyst interviews with senior management.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
