- Creating detailed production schedules and timelines to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
- Ensuring that all necessary resources (equipment, materials, personnel) are available and allocated appropriately.
- Assisting in the creation and management of production budgets, ensuring that expenses stay within limits.
- Serving as the main point of contact between different teams and departments, facilitating clear and efficient communication
- Ensuring that all materials and footage are properly labeled, stored, and delivered to the post-production team.
