Jawatan Kosong Specialist HR Services in Kota Damansara
Description :
- End-to-end payroll management and reporting for Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, including:
- Main contact personnel for outsourced payroll vendors and global and regional payroll teams including employees’ queries on payroll matters.
- Collate and compile payroll changes and submit data for processing
- Ensures timely and accurate payroll processing including statutory requirements
- Responsible for archiving and maintaining payroll and employee records as per local country requirements
- Ensuring compliance with local legislation, internal controls & guidelines
- Manage administration of employee share option and private retirement schemes
- Act as the administrator for HR system and reporting
- Other relevant tasks as and when required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any other related field
- At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing, experience in regional payroll is a plus
- Well-versed in HR ERP systems with experience in HR Operations
- Good proficiency in spoken and written English
- Strong working knowledge on Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
