Description :

Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end payroll management and reporting for Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, including:
    • Main contact personnel for outsourced payroll vendors and global and regional payroll teams including employees’ queries on payroll matters.
    • Collate and compile payroll changes and submit data for processing
    • Ensures timely and accurate payroll processing including statutory requirements
    • Responsible for archiving and maintaining payroll and employee records as per local country requirements
    • Ensuring compliance with local legislation, internal controls & guidelines
  • Manage administration of employee share option and private retirement schemes
  • Act as the administrator for HR system and reporting
  • Other relevant tasks as and when required
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any other related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing, experience in regional payroll is a plus
  • Well-versed in HR ERP systems with experience in HR Operations
  • Good proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Strong working knowledge on Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
