WHAT is the Job scope of Remote Social Media Sales Agent ?

• Lead Generation: Use free social media strategies to attract potential Mandarin learners.
• Promotions: Create and post content promoting free Mandarin trial classes.
• Student Engagement: Communicate with prospects to share information and encourage participation.
• Follow-Up: Address questions and guide students toward enrollment.
• Sales Conversion: Meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets by presenting program benefits.
• Brand Representation: Represent the company professionally online.
• Collaboration: Work with leaders to refine strategies and receive training.
• Reporting: Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments, and report progress.
• Salary: Commission and incentives during probation; basic salary, incentives, and commission after confirmation.
