-Kemahiran berkomunikasi yang baik dan personaliti yang menarik.
-Boleh mematuhi polisi dan peraturan syarikat yang ditetapkan.
-Pengalaman dalam bidang khidmat pelanggan dan pemantauan berpusat adalah satu kelebihan.
