Responsibilities:

* Accurately maintain company stocks and inventory items

* Handle record keeping and re-ordering systems

* Perform montly full scale inventory assessments to identify missing inventory and items to be ordered

* Monitor and report any missing or lost inventory to management

* Organize and sort items on shelving and display in a structured and orderly manner. Maintain the outlook of the store through dusting and cleaning

* Display and organize products on shelve for customers to locate easily

* Provide customer service to customers who may need assistance

* Communicate information about price, design, colors and the product availability to customers

* Confirm all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the purchase order and ensure all inventory is in excellent condition

* Issue bills, assist customers in billing and payment processes at the counter

* Help with preparation for displays, road shows for promotion events

* Prepare and handle shipment for Shopee and Lazada goods

Requirements:

* At least a Diploma qualification or equivalent

* Prior experience in stock keeping or store handling would be advantageous

* Ability to carry and lift heavy boxes and keep in the store room

* Experience working in a fast paced sales environment and detail-oriented

* Typing and record keeping skills is essential to maintaining accurate information. Experience with software such as Microsoft Excel and other systems

* Exceptional work ethics, personal accountability and integrity are essential and strict adherence to company policy and sales goals

* Ability to solve problem quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance with good Time Management

* Ability to work flexible hours and multitask in a fast paced environment

* Work in team and independently with minimum supervision

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Excellent customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
