Description :
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting customer
- Cashiering, Product Packing, Cake Order Service and Product Refill.
- Possess good product knowledge.
- Enforcing company SOPs diligently.
- Oversee the daily operation, ensures the quality, standards, and meet the expectations of the customers.
- Ensures compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guideline.
- Measure customer satisfaction, handle customer feedback or complaints, and services recovery.
- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet at all times.
- Conducting weekly reports and handling other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate and School Leavers is encourage to apply
- Energetic and Outgoing personalities
- 6 working days/week (including weekends).
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to work for long hours in standing for extended periods.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
