Job Description
Responsibilities- To support the sales department with impact analysis and key findings as well as finding new ways to attract new customers and maximize value of existing customers.
- Research on market insight of client’s position in the market (brand positioning, awareness, traffic, pricing, etc.)
- Competitor monitoring from Social media and advertising platform (both digital and print)
- Competitor monitoring from Adex market report
- Competitive analysis for clients such as brand positioning, SWOT analysis etc.
- Provide data for targeted marketing (Tribe) and marketing purposes
- In charge of Pre-campaign and post campaign analysis and reporting
- Possess a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Analytics or relevant discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in a data analyst role within a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel, Google Data Studio and Tableau experience
- Solid background in the development of data visualisations and dashboards
- Market data exposure – experience on adex research data such as Nielsen, or other market and customer driven data source
- Additional skills and experience with Python and/or R, or programming languages
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills are essential for stakeholder engagement responsibilities.
