Job Description:
- Assist to advertise vacancies in a wide range of ONLINE and OFFLINE media resources.
- Advising on various platform to attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including preparation for interviews and salary negotiations.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by the superiors.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Language required: English, Malay. Able to communicate in Chinese language is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
