Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers in the store, providing excellent customer service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable postpaid telco plans.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest Apple products and telco plan offerings.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of our postpaid telco plans.
- Sales Promotion:
- Actively promote and sell postpaid telco plans to customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance.
- Operational Duties:
- Assist with stock management and ensure the store is well-organized.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
