Kerja Kosong Administrative Assistant in George Town
Description :
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling communications, and maintaining office supplies.
- Answer incoming calls professionally and handle inquiries.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in preparing regular reports and meeting materials.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, copying, and transcribing documents.
- Support the finance department with basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices and reimbursement claims.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by superiors, actively supporting team and company goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs etc.)
- Basic accounting experience, including familiarity with bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- High School diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
