Job Purpose / Summary:
To assist the Materials Procurement Manager in the procurement of business and in developing new business opportunities to achieve company goals and objectives.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Present and promote our services to prospective & existing customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customers’ relationships.
- To search and establish a suitable site for warehouse and office.
- To source and interview for warehouse personnel and logistic companies.
- Provide site service support and follow up service to ensure customers satisfaction
- To plan and arrange weekly pick up schedules with customers, and coordinate with team members and other departments
- Assist in identifying markets competitors for Company’s products & services
- Reach out to potential customers through cold calling
- Perform and update the sales data/records into ERP system timely and accurately
- Work closely with Materials Procurement Manger to achieve sales and marketing objectives
- To complete any additional assignments allocated by Management as and when required
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field with at least 3 years relevant working experiences
Additional Requirements:
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Mature personality with the right attitude, ability to work independently and self-motivated.
- Good communication, interpersonal, presentation skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Internet savvy & minimal IT knowledge.
- Able to travel and relocation if necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
