Jawatan Kosong Sales Assistant in Bintulu

Description :

1. Customer Service:

  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding products, answering questions, and offering product advice.
  • Handle customer complaints and returns professionally and efficiently.

2. Sales:

  • Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by recommending products and demonstrating product features.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase store sales.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the store manager.

3. Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered by the store.
  • Stay updated on new product arrivals, features, and promotions.
  • Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and care instructions.

4. Store Maintenance:

  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Restock shelves and displays with new merchandise.
  • Arrange products according to store layout and merchandising guidelines.

5. Inventory Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or low stock levels to the store manager.
  • Assist in the receiving, unpacking, and labeling of merchandise deliveries.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits.

6. Point of Sale (POS) Operations:

  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash and card transactions.
  • Handle refunds and exchanges according to store policies.

7. Team Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store objectives.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Support colleagues during busy periods and share best practices.

8. Reporting:

  • Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the store manager.
  • Report any issues or incidents to the store manager promptly.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and product trends.

9. Marketing and Promotions:

  • Assist in setting up promotional displays and signage.
  • Participate in in-store events and promotions.
  • Engage customers through social media and other marketing channels as directed.

10. Compliance:

  • Adhere to all store policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and store operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,999.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
