3) Job Scope:
As a Hotel Maintenance Technician, you will be the guardian of our hotel’s infrastructure, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Routine Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance tasks for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems to uphold the hotel’s operational standards.
- Repairs and Troubleshooting: Identify and address issues promptly, from fixing leaky faucets to resolving electrical malfunctions, ensuring a swift resolution to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Equipment Inspection: Regularly inspect and assess the condition of hotel equipment and systems, taking preventive measures to avoid disruptions in service.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, conducting risk assessments and implementing measures to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Emergency Response: Be on-call for emergency repairs and respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests, demonstrating a quick and effective problem-solving approach.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with housekeeping and other departments to address maintenance needs related to guest rooms, common areas, and event spaces.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, ensuring a comprehensive history for future reference.
4) Key Success Factors:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in hotel maintenance or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
