Jawatan Kosong Purchasing and Account executive in Melaka
Description :
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day overall finance, administrative / procurement work.
- Managing company's accounts payable and receivable.
- Liaise with suppliers for order, payment and receipts arrangement and obtaining relevant information.
- Compile and process monthly payments accurately and on time.
- Assist in any other accounting and admin related work and assignments given by immediate superior.
- Ensure all deadlines for reporting, returns and submission are met.
- Liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary, bankers etc.
- Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
- Any other ad hoc assignment.
- Must be Chinese literate-highly.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor or Diploma related fields with professional qualifications.
- Candidates with more than 1 year experience in Accounting are encouraged to apply.
- Possess good knowledge of good bookkeeping procedures.
- Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors, meticulous and attention to detail.
- Good in organising works and multi-tasking skills.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel, Words, cloud accounting software and Google Workspace
- Must be Chinese/Mandarin literate and high proficiency- candidate of any background are welcomed.
- Immediate availability.
- Location: Semabok, Melaka.
