Jawatan Kosong Purchasing and Account executive in Melaka

Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day overall finance, administrative / procurement work.
  • Managing company's accounts payable and receivable.
  • Liaise with suppliers for order, payment and receipts arrangement and obtaining relevant information.
  • Compile and process monthly payments accurately and on time.
  • Assist in any other accounting and admin related work and assignments given by immediate superior.
  • Ensure all deadlines for reporting, returns and submission are met.
  • Liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary, bankers etc.
  • Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
  • Any other ad hoc assignment.
  • Must be Chinese literate-highly.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor or Diploma related fields with professional qualifications.
  • Candidates with more than 1 year experience in Accounting are encouraged to apply.
  • Possess good knowledge of good bookkeeping procedures.
  • Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
  • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors, meticulous and attention to detail.
  • Good in organising works and multi-tasking skills.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel, Words, cloud accounting software and Google Workspace
  • Must be Chinese/Mandarin literate and high proficiency- candidate of any background are welcomed.
  • Immediate availability.
  • Location: Semabok, Melaka.
