Job Description
- Greet, welcome and attend to customers at the store.
- Promote, recommend products according to customers needs.
- Assist customers with product selection and enquiries.
- Demonstrate and explain use of products to customers.
- Provide information and promote the company's Extended Warranty program.
- Follow up on customers enquiries and after sales service.
- Assist with receiving of merchandise and inventory count.
- Assist in maintenance and arrangement of showroom.
- Assist in cashiering
Requirements
- Minimum SPM holder / Certificate / Diploma in any field.
- Entry level is welcomed.
- Retail sales experience in electrical and IT products is an added advantage.
- Service oriented with pleasant and cheerful personality.
- Target driven, self-motivated, and passionate in sales and service.
- Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
