Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a central support for the sales team, coordinating between the sales front line and back-office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and organize sales data, maintain accurate records of sales performance, contracts, and customer information in the system.
- Support the sales team in following up on customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely communication between departments.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and assisting with documentation for the sales team.
- Liaise with other departments such as finance, logistics, and marketing to ensure alignment and effective collaboration on sales activities.
- Help to ensure all customer interactions and sales processes are tracked and updated properly.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) & Accounting Software
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Analytical mindset, able to interpret sales data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
