- Network & Client Management
- Sales Target / Budget / Forecast
- Leadership & Staff Management
- Stock Management
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experiences in the luxury retail industry
- Knowledge of cash register systems. Basic computer skills, including: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to meet moderate stockroom lifting requirements and store climbing requirements
- Ability to manoeuvre sales floor
- Ability to clean displays to ensure professional presentation
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; including nights, weekends and public holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM6,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Genting Highlands Premium Outlets: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Assistant Store Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
- Stock Management: 3 years (Preferred)
- Retail Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
