Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Talent Selection: Responsible to recruit suitable and quality talents for the company
  • Talent pipeline management: Develop and implement HR strategies in order to ensure the company possesses sufficient manpower for company growth.
  • Training & Development: Develop and implement training schedule to ensure employees and company growth
  • Compensation & Benefits: Develop and manage the compensation and benefits policies are compatible with the market
  • Performance Appraisal: Establish and manage the performance appraisal and payroll system to improve employee satisfaction and enhance company competitiveness
  • Employee relation: Handle employee relation issues and maintain a harmonious working environment
  • Compliance: Ensure company’s HR policies and practises comply with legal labor regulations
  • Organisational Growth: Promote organisational structure optimization and process improvement in order to improve the efficiency of operations
  • Retention: Design and implement talent retention strategies to ensure long term retention of key talent
  • Culture and Value: Build and promote company culture and ensure company values are rooted in employees’ hearts
  • Employee research: Analyze human resources data to provide decision making support to management and ensure they have a clear understanding of human resource circumstances
  • Safety and Health: Develop and implement safety and health policies to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for the employees

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

  • At least a bachelor of degree in Human Resources management, Business management and other equivalent fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the HR field and at least 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PPT, ChatGPT and etc
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good communication skills, problem solving skills, and organisational skills
  • Individual who is detail-oriented, strategic and adaptive would be suitable this role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Taiping: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Human Resources Management: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Talent acquisition: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Training & Development: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
