Position Title : Automotive Paint Shop Manager
Industry : Automotive Parts Manufacturer
Location: Seremban
Salary Range: Up to RM12500
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all activities in the Painting Department.
- Review and track the progress of painting projects.
- Develop and implement quality assurance systems for painting.
- Assess risks and plan improvements.
- Propose and review plans for new model development.
- Verify trial results for new models.
- Create and issue job policies and instructions.
- Ensure compliance with policies and instructions.
- Plan and execute long-term business strategies.
- Implement and monitor plant operations with a focus on safety.
- Introduce and manage new products while balancing production efficiency and quality.
- Evaluate and approve decisions related to manpower, materials, methods, and equipment.
- Make decisions on capital investments for process equipment.
- Monitor risk management activities.
Job Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in industrial or automotive painting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Extensive experience in painting department operations.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to work in Seremban.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,500.00 per month
