Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect & Generate Leads through calls, emails, and social platforms.
  • Engage in Consultative Sales to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Build & Nurture Relationships with prospective clients, providing personalized support.
  • Handle Objections Empathetically using active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage the Sales Pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with Marketing to follow up on leads and contribute insights for future campaigns.
  • Align with Pasxcel’s Mission by contributing to our student-first, values-driven culture.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of consultative sales experience (EdTech, SaaS, or similar industries).
  • Strong empathy and active listening skills to build trust and handle objections.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (SPIN Selling, Challenger, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Respond.io.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for education.
  • Adaptability and curiosity to stay on top of evolving programs and trends.
  • No reluctance in making outbound calls or cold calls to potential leads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
