Jawatan Kosong COMMIS 2 3 POKOK IOI MALL PUTRAJAYA in Putrajaya
Description :
- Support Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in daily operations and activities
- Work according to the Chef de Partie’s menu specifications
- Keep the work area in hygienic conditions at all times according to the SOP
- Control the food supply and food costs in your department
- Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the outlet
- Prepare for staff meal (one a day)
- Follow the instructions and recommendations of the immediate superiors to carry out the daily tasks
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in daily preparation and stay informed about new products, recipes and cooking techniques
- Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, waste and cost control
- Immediate starters an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
