Responsibilities
- Familiar with quality standards and processes of regulations.
- To develop effective quality control processes.
- Analysis, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review systems.
- Facilitate root cause analysis of quality process.
- Monitor and support operation sites on QA closure.
- Conduct QSA together with the operation staffs.
- Set requirements for warehouse material for suppliers and monitor their compliance.
- Roll out global quality initiatives across the operation sites.
- Involved with operation in performing the FMEA for the work instruction.
- Lead or participate in improvement initiatives such as Lean or Six Sigma projects by DHL or customer.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Logistic/Transportation.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
- Preferably with knowledge in 5 Why Analysis, Ishikawa Diagram and 8D problem solving and root cause analysis.
- Possess strong communication and presentation skill.
