Responsibilities
- Manage Proof of Delivery (POD) transmission from carriers’ system to customer's system, follow up with carrier until closure, escalate and work with customer's system owner if any issue encountered to ensure all PODs are timely recognized.
- Will lead executions and planning for unique customer delivery request as needed. This includes tracking delivery as well as communicate timely on progress to customer's LOM and relevant stakeholders.
- Play a critical role in managing and planning uplift capacity, stakeholders’ communication and carry out flawless execution in order to maximize customer's revenues and prevent customer’s production impact.
- Execute robust document archiving process (On-Site specific) and meet customer’s record keeping and legal requirements.
- Support to obtain import/export licenses as needed and follow compliance requirement to record and manage shipments.
- Manage all incoming shipping documents information by capturing key information into SPT system and scan image related to customs shipping documents.
- Perform customer invoice swapping and price masking according to customer's requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain or related course.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Transport operations environment.
