Job Role:
Teacher Performance Oversight: Monitor and report on teachers' performance to ensure high-quality education delivery.
Resource and Technique Research: Explore innovative resources and teaching techniques to enhance education quality.
Guidance and Counseling: Provide support and guidance to teachers for their professional growth and well-being.
Education Conference Attendance: Stay updated on education trends by attending conferences and seminars.
Professional Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance teachers' professional competencies.
Manpower Advice: Participate in hiring processes to ensure a qualified workforce.
Budget Management: Prepare forecasts and manage budgets for financial stability.
Policy Implementation: Oversee the implementation of SOPs, policies, and regulations.
Marketing and CSR Guidance: Provide guidance on marketing and CSR programs to enhance the school's reputation.
Demonstrated SOP Implementation: Showcase effective implementation of SOPs, policies, and regulations.
Requirements:
Strong academic background (Bachelor's in Education).
Proficiency in manpower planning and personnel management.
Experience in financial planning and budget management.
Demonstrated ability to implement SOPs and policies.
Minimum 3 years experience as a Principal in an International Educational Setting.
Familiarity with ICGSE education system.
Excellent presentation, communication, and crisis management skills.
Passion for education, innovation, and motivation.
Mandarin speaking.
