IT Administration

1. Server support and maintenance.
2. Company Website management.
3. Email Creation Control.
4. CCTV Administration
5. In charged of Office Audio Visual setup and maintain the record of the relevant equipment.
6. IT related support and maintenance:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications, network, printers and scanners, diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical and applications problem.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of all IT infrastructure such as servers and network connections, besides hardware and software.
  • Ensuring security of the physical and virtual components of Information Technology such as security of the server rooms and installing virus protections and firewalls.
  • Organizing data, storing them securely and creating backups.
  • Responding to breakdowns, investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
  • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Setting up new user’s accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
  • Maintaining records of software licenses
  • Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies

Project Coordination Support

  • Server support and maintenance
  • Email Creation Control
  • IT related support and maintenance

Admin Administration Support

  • Office Branding and image Standardization
  • Responsible for IT equipment procurement.-evaluating the needs of the organization and choosing the most suitable software, hardware and other IT requirements such as networking for the company.
  • To coordinate and assist in Office Event / Function Planner and coordination
  • To coordinate and assist in Office Asset Management.
  • To assist in Company Layout plan.

Company OA System Development

  • Responsible for Company OA System Development. Assist in performed full business analysis for the current business processes in order to replace disparate non-integrated legacy systems through implement the OA System.
  • Assist in assessing, defining, and documenting Company OA System needs. Working with a team of Consultant, Project Manager and communicating them project needs and deadline.
  • Handling and monitoring OA software development project throughout multiple phases.
  • Testing software and making changes in code and ensuring no complaints from user.
  • Responsible for OA System and OA Form Management.

Company ERP System

  • Responsible for Company ERP System Renewal
  • Responsible for ERP System Coordinator.
  • Trainee for Company System Back Service.

*** Key Requirements ***

  • Proficiency in Mandarin for communication with suppliers from China and coordination with HQ in China.
  • Diploma / Certificate in Information Technology / Science Computer / Computer Programming.
  • Strong communications, leadership and human relations skills with ability to interact with all level of staff.
  • Possess initiative and able to work under pressure and independently.
  • Preferably candidate with minimum 5 years similar experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,700.00 per month
