Job Responsibilities
- Execute duties such as marketing products, processing applications, and monitoring loans in line with targets to increase the Bank's revenue and minimize credit risk.
- Fulfill government mandates to help improve the socio-economic status of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs).
- Achieve sales targets/KPIs set by BSN management.
- Nurture micro-entrepreneurs to grow and develop into SMEs.
- Process financing covering all target segments and product types, whether from MOF or BNM funding sources.
- Conduct product briefings for BSN Micro/i and BSN Microplus/i in their respective areas/states for potential customers and participate in related exhibitions/seminars.
- Collaborate and work together with government agencies, business associations, and relevant external NGOs.
- Process financing applications based on the latest Bank Procedures/Instructions.
Job Requirements
- At least a Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous working experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to relocate and travel when required.
- Locations based in Sarawak available.
- Able to start immediately is preferred.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
