Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events.
    • Qualify leads to determine their potential and readiness to purchase.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential markets and customers.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
    • Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closing:
    • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate terms and conditions to close sales.
    • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure ongoing business.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
    • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
    • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in the same industry.
    • Experience in B2B or B2C sales, depending on the company's business model.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
    • Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
