Jawatan Kosong Admin Assistant in Shah Alam

Description :

  • Ensure meeting room areas, training rooms & others are in a clean, tidy & organized condition.
  • Ensure HR/Admin notice board is updated with current information and HR/Admin related information
  • Assist Human Resources & Administration Officers/Executives in carrying out other tasks as directed by Management.
  • Assist in preparing HRDF statements (Form 3A) every month according to HRDF guidelines and payment is made before the 15th of the following month.
  • Assist in issuing Tabung Haji/ASB/Zakat/Loan deduction lists and submitting them to the Accounts Department and payment is made before the 15th of the following month.
  • Assist in preparing Road Tax and Vehicle, Machine, Factory License Insurance for renewal when expired.
  • Prepare EA Form every year.
  • Implement 5's Practices in the office at all times.
  • Answer and take phone messages in the absence of the Executive or Head of Department.
  • Ensure all documents are updated and filed correctly.
  • Comply with and implement all instructions and work methods set out in the TS16949 Manual.
  • Assist the Manager and the Administration & Accounts Manager in carrying out other tasks set by Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
