Position: Online Sales Representative
Location: Remote (work from anywhere)
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads through inbound calls, emails, and chats.
- Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a strong understanding of products/services and stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale process.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an online environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred but not required).
