Jawatan Kosong Manager Personal Assistant in Miri
Description :
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handling requests and queries appropriately
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes
- Source office supplies
- Product reports: Need to know where the stock
- maintain an office filing system
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Ensure the manager is aware of their schedule and any changes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Diploma and above
- Good command of Chinese and English spoken and written is an advantage
- Fast learner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend jobs
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Personal Assistant: 1 year (Required)
Language:
- Mandarin (Required)
- Bahasa (Required)
Expected Start Date: 07/22/2024
