Jawatan Kosong Manager Personal Assistant in Miri

Description :

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handling requests and queries appropriately
  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Source office supplies
  • Product reports: Need to know where the stock
  • maintain an office filing system
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Ensure the manager is aware of their schedule and any changes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Diploma and above
  • Good command of Chinese and English spoken and written is an advantage
  • Fast learner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Weekend jobs

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Personal Assistant: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Required)
  • Bahasa (Required)

Expected Start Date: 07/22/2024
