Position Overview:
The Credit Control Executive will be responsible for managing and executing the recovery of overdue accounts and loans. This role involves contacting customers, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a commitment to financial accuracy and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Debt Recovery:

• Manage and monitor overdue accounts to ensure timely recovery of debts.
• Contact customers via phone, email, and written communication to negotiate repayment plans.
• Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to minimize outstanding debts.

Account Management:

• Analyze customer accounts to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recovery activities.
• Prepare regular reports on recovery status and performance metrics.

Compliance and Coordination:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop effective recovery procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and disputes related to outstanding payments professionally.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience in debt recovery, collections, or a similar role.

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
