Job Description

We are looking for passionate and experienced Data Engineer who will be part of the IT Corporate Data and Insights group. You will be part of Finance Data and Analytics Agile Persistent Team (APT) to analyze, design, implement and support Enterprise Analytics solutions that leverages expertise in cloud platforms including Azure, Snowflakes, SAC etc. to Keep Intel Legal and to enable our biz stakeholders to make better decisions and through near real time data insights for biz success.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate needs to be:

• BA/BS/MS degree in Computer/Data Science or a related discipline
• Mastery of SQL to advance level is crucial
• MS Azure Data Engineering technical knowledge is crucial
• Fundamental technical knowledge of Snowflake Datawarehouse is crucial
• SAP ECC, BW, S/4, HANA, SAC technical knowledge is highly beneficial
• Prior experience in Data Science related projects, BI/Enterprise Reporting development and support is beneficial
• Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Identifying, assessing and solving complex business problems for your area of responsibility, where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Experience in Artificial Intelligent or Machine Learning and project management is a plus.
• Strong enterprise data acumen (Finance, HR, Supply Chain) is an added advantage
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle front-line user support requirements and work constructively with a geographically dispersed, international user group
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision to research, analyze, plan, and execute tasks.
• Be familiar with the AGILE practices and concepts

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
