Kerja Kosong Sales Support Officer Admin Kuala Terengganu in Kuala Terengganu

Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with signing car loan agreements and addressing inquiries related to loans and payments, including loan processing.
  • Handle RC inquiries, insurance claims, refund claims (overpayment), and dispatch cheques for payments.
  • Collaborate with the Auto Finance Executive on documentation and administrative processes.
  • Respond to customer calls, attend to walk-in clients, and manage other ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Undertake additional miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Regional Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma with at least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Basic knowledge of Data Entry, as well as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Work Location: Jalan Tok Lam, 20100 Kuala Terengganu

Salary: RM1,800 - RM2,200

Job Type: Temporary (3+9 months)
