Kerja Kosong FINANCE ASSISTANT in Kuala Kangsar

Description :

  • Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Maintain ledgers, verify and record transactions
  • Monitor and enforce cash handling and collections
  • Process sales invoices and ensure timely collections
  • Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
  • Prepare Payment voucher and Cash Voucher.
  • Manage bill payments according to schedule or due date
  • Managing petty cash records.
  • Familiar with all accounting policies and procedures to ensure they comply with the SOP.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties and duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess Degree or Diploma in Accounting
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar role
  • Well versed in computerized accounting systems; having experience in QuickBooks or other Cloud Accounting Software is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical knowledge and skills
  • Highly independent, organised and detail oriented
  • Enthusiastic in learning.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Good time management and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Positive working attitude, disciplined and strong sense of responsibility
  • Have a good command or Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Preferably candidates who are able to join us immediately or within short notice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
