We are looking for a management trainee to help us develop and implement our growth strategies. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in insurance industries with advancement potential.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Understanding how a company operates
• Learn new skills and apply in on the field.
• Get familiar with personnel duties
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Involve with training class, online meetings and presentation
• Appraising the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and advice the suitable protection plans.
• Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field
• Assist client with any service provided by company.

Requirements :

• Malaysian
• Age 20-35
• Open from any background
• Min Qualification - Diploma with 2years working experience in any background.
• Fresh graduates encourage to apply
• Willing to learn and team-oriented
• Passion to help people

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
